Mindfulness Week 2022

September

Change & Renewal - The week offered new ways for employees to manage change, create calm, and renew focus to their day. With so many uncertainties in today’s world, and high levels of stress & anxiety, mindfulness is a great way to greet life’s everyday challenges. Participants had the opportunity to hear from global mindfulness teachers on the challenges that change can bring - and then put these lessons to practice.
