Mindfulness in Transformation - This week highlighted the many benefits of mindfulness including increased calm and focus, reduced stress and anxiety, and stronger relationships. We featured dialogues with Global wellbeing experts, Lincoln president Dianne Craig, and our Ford Mindfulness Ambassadors. We explored how mindfulness can equip us in powerful ways to work through life’s everyday struggles, shifts, and changes.

with Dianne Craig - former president, Lincoln
Dianne Craig was the President of Lincoln, the luxury vehicle division of Ford Motor Company, Dearborn, Michigan until her retirement in April 2025. Previously, she served as President, International Markets, Bangkok, Thailand from January 2021 to November 2022, Chief Executive Officer, FordDirect from June 2018 to December 2020, Executive Director, U.S. from December 2016 to May 2018, and Chief Executive Officer, Ford Motor Company of Canada, Ontario, Canada from November 2011 to November 2016.
Dianne is a long-time practitioner of mindfulness and has promoted it in corporate settings seeing its value to enhance employee wellbeing and personal growth.

Mindful Self Compassion - Achtsames Selbstmitgefühl
with Tatini Petra Schmidt (presented in German)
Tatini offers a deeply insightful talk on Mindfulness Self Compassion. This session will include a learning component as well as exercises and meditations around self-care, mindfulness, feelings and relationships.

Tatini Patra Schmidt lives in Cologne, Germany and is a board member of the national and international association around evidence-based mindfulness and compassion programs. She is also a lecturer for mindfulness at the University of Wuppertal, Germany. She trains MBSR mindfulness teachers and offers programs on her favorite topic- health management.​​​​
